Endnote: Hadi was a promising scholar at the beginning of his thesis writing, but through his own volition went missing for a period of time. Fortunately for him however, he re-appeard and though this thesis is rather unpolished at times, I am glad to record that he has made the effort to produce an academic piece of work.
